The Red Dress

If you haven't taken a peek at refashionista.net, shame on you! Jillian is UH-MAY-ZING, a true refashion wizard. I saw a pin awhile back that led me to her site and I was so impressed, amazed, and inspired to start doing my own refashions, but I just didn't have the time.

But then I found THE dress at my local Goodwill. Even on the rack, I knew it was shapeless and 80s, but I absolutely loved the pattern. (I'm obsessed with polka dots. It's probably unhealthy how much I am.) This pattern was like a quasi-dot, but it was just great, and I loved the color. (I've been wanting a red dress forever.)

Baseball Mug

So basically, I made everyone's Christmas presents this year (if you haven't figured that out yet, hah). I don't get to see my dad much, so I wasn't really sure what to get him. Enter (yet another) Sharpie mug!

For this mug, I got a different white mug because as soon as I saw that it was sectioned off, I had an idea. First I drew some (very uneven...) circles.

What will they be?

Baseball Bracelet

My fella's little sister's boyfriend LOVES baseball, so by definition, she also loves baseball. Funny how that happens...

I found this tutorial on Pinterest:

I wish that I could give credit, but it doesn't link anywhere!
So I went down to Academy Sports and picked up a shiny new baseball for a few bucks, and ripped it up! The tutorial above is pretty self-explanatory, so I won't bore you with instructions.

Horse Head Pillow

Today is my Mama's birthday! And you know what else? She just got two beautiful horses not too long ago. Now that she's a cowgirl, I figured she needed something with a horse on it. I found this tutorial from A Beautiful Mess:

Handmade Coasters

My two best friends are getting married in January and I could not be more excited! The soon-to-be Mrs. has had a few different showers, one of which I wasn't able to attend :( but her sister and Maid of Honor threw her a HARRY POTTER themed shower. (Erin, can you do my shower?!) It was so wonderful!

I wanted to give them a shower/Christmas gift. Scrolling through Pinterest (of course), I've seen many cute DIY coasters, so here is my version!
